Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh Basil packed (about 2 handfuls)
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoon Pine Nuts
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 clove Garlic
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend the garlic, olive oil, pine nuts and salt.
  • Add the basil to the mixture and blend until basil leaves are completely chopped.
  • Remove mixture from blender and place in a small bowl.
  • Stir in by hand the parmesan cheese.
  • Add more salt to taste if necessary.
