Buttermilk Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 banana sliced

Instructions
 

  • With a whisk beat the sugar and the eggs in a bowl.
  • Add the melted butter and the buttermilk.
  • In a separate bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Slowly add the flour mixture to the egg mixture while whisking.
  • Pour the batter onto a large skillet set to medium-low heat.
  • Directly after, place several slices of banana on the batter and wait until some bubbles start to form before flipping.
