melted butter

buttermilk

banana sliced
Instructions
With a whisk beat the sugar and the eggs in a bowl.
Add the melted butter and the buttermilk.
In a separate bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the egg mixture while whisking.
Pour the batter onto a large skillet set to medium-low heat.
Directly after, place several slices of banana on the batter and wait until some bubbles start to form before flipping.
